To provide shelter and nursing care primarily to those residents of Milldene Park who are no longer able to care for themselves.
To provide nursing care with competence, compassion, appropriate knowledge, patience and empathy.
To provide cost effective accommodation to patients at market related prices.
To maintain an hygienic environment.
To respect the property of patients, being careful and honest with their belongings.
To promote the wellbeing of patients, by providing them with nutritious food and, where appropriate, the opportunity for exercise and entertainment .
To give first aid to residents in their cottages in emergencies, and to treat wounds and minor ailments at the Care Centre.
Sr Lyn Shacks – 40 years total nursing experience. New to Milldene Park Care Centre with over 20 years’ experience in caring for the elderly.
Milldene Park is administered and controlled by management and trustees, the trustees are nominated and elected at the AGM.
